Arctis Nova 5X Review Analysis
Multi-platform setup
This headset is aimed at players who use more than one device. A compact USB-C dongle supports Xbox, PC, PlayStation, Switch, Meta Quest, phones, and tablets, though buyers should check their specific setup and connection needs before committing.
Gaming and mobile audio
Quick-Switch Wireless toggles between 2.4GHz gaming and Bluetooth 5.3. That makes it easier to move between a game connection and calls or media, with incoming-call beeps providing an additional cue while gaming.
Battery and charging
The 60-hour battery is suited to buyers who prefer fewer charging breaks, and USB-C fast charging can add six hours of use in 15 minutes.
Those are stated capacity and charging figures, not a promise that every usage pattern will produce the same runtime.
Controls and microphone
Power, mute, volume adjustment, ChatMix, and Quick-Switch are on the headset, while the ClearCast 2.X microphone retracts into the frame.
This arrangement is useful for direct access to frequent controls and for putting the mic away when it is not needed.

Is Arctis Nova 5X Worth It?
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5X is worth considering for players who want a multi-platform wireless headset with Xbox support, a 60-hour battery, fast charging, and easy switching between gaming and Bluetooth.
